SHIPPING & DELIVERY Unless other arrangements are made, all products are shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday except holidays. Standard: In-stock merchandise typically ships within 1 to 2 business days after the order is processed. New and out-of-stock products can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to produce and ship. Some items, due to weight, dimensions, or BATF approval, may require additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive. International shipments and some oversized or heavy items are also subject to additional shipping fees. If you are in the military, please know we are grateful for your service and would be honored to know you are using Uwharrie Outdoor Inc. products.

Shipping from Uwharrie Outdoor Inc. to your APO or FPO address is easy because it is treated just like a regular domestic shipment. If you have an APO or FPO address, we will ship the package directly to you through the United States Postal Service. If you choose to purchase on this website, just enter your APO or FPO as the "shipping address" when you make the order.

When we send an international shipment, we are required by law to declare the merchandise to customs at its retail value. Often, this translates to the buyer (you) having to pay a fee to the agency for the duty of your local government upon receiving the package. There is no way that Uwharrie Outdoor Inc. can predict what these charges will be, and we cannot declare your package contents as a gift to evade the customs tax.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Returns and Replacements must be received within 30 days from the date they were shipped. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returned items. Returned items must be in new and unused condition and must include ALL original packaging. Uwharrie Outdoor Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in transit.

WARRANTY

Our products are warranted to the original owner against defects in the product's workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, everyday wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over an extended time and use. Seller expressly disclaims and excludes all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the product, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and implied warranties arising from a course of dealing or course of performance or usage of trade. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description of the face hereof. All damage not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable rate, and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

VIEWING ORDERS

Checking the status of your order is easy! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your Uwharrie Outdoor Inc. ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online.
